The Double-Faced People

    We have gone in different directions and roads to take. Somewhat a reason to be alright, or maybe to explore the world with our own unique point of view. It sometimes connotes the inner thoughts of the things we need to discover. Life may not be enough to see and know all things. And sometimes, a leap of faith is just what it takes to help us along the journey to ponder on. 

    We know a lot of double-faced people. They are amazing ambassadors of willingness, but having a bit of self-importance. They are quite amusing and admiring for the messages they portray yet, some convey understatements of their interests. These people became our beacon of successes and influenced us in many ways but, concealed some things in their personal lives.

    They are even the closest person, perhaps that is what we discerned, on the planet. We put a label to express our inner connections to them sometimes. In such, those are making a social scene of admiration and even having time to stalk on every social media account they might have. They also have put a deep impression on our inner being, that we are one with them yet, they only render the good side of themselves.

    Such a beautiful yet disaster feeling to experience, believing that we are into them but distant. We perceived we knew them but, have been deceived in our naked eyes. With such great amazement, yet the cunning act of deception, we are already trapped. Chained by the sweet fabricated lies of affection, yet destruction lies beforehand. We even built monuments, altars, and even personal endearment to show pride in what good they had done. 

    Amazing yet misleading, most people will always be in that particular way. And, it is a lucky thing to have an ample amount of individuals who truly are true. They should be treasured and kept for an eternity, and in the hands of the One who created thee.

Happiness: What really is it?

 As I discover myself through works and other things to do. I find myself discovering the strongest and weakest version of me. I ponder that being me means being vulnerable to changes that entails pain, sadness, or even despair. As I walked through the doors of self-discovery, I pass through different version of myself. I encountered the crazy one, the pathetic one, the judger, the righteous, the holy, the unworthy, the sinful, the pity one, the ugly, the hopeless, the hopeful, the god of my own, the needy, the prayerful, the hypocrite, the lonely, and the person who only wants happiness in this world. These different versions of me proved that I am human. Prone to error and too far from perfection. I sometimes wonder, how can I maintain this happiness of accepting me despite of all the changes happening in my life? Death

"Death is inevitable". A phrase that always pops up in my mind. A line that always scares me yet gives me wisdom to always view life as it is. I wonder how this phrase really creeps the hell out of me. As if all my achievements, successes, valor, or even those tiny wonders that I did great were just been silenced.  I also wonder how the phrase itself gives the resounding lesson of "you only live once" to me. It emphasizes how I should live my life in the best possible way. Exploring and destroying the fear and anxiousness inside to try something different and enjoy the moments of adventure.
